Tiger Woods has been in the news so often in recent months for every other reason besides golf. The media crucified him due to his weaknesses in his personal life. Even so, there's still one thing that can't be denied: Tiger Woods is still a golfing legend.
Perhaps his personal downfall is just indicative of many other Sports Stars. Think Roger Federer and Lance Armstrong. Or perhaps his weaknesses are indicative of human nature overall. Nevertheless, golf is still golf, and Tiger Woods is a professional at it. Golf enthusiasts probably care more about that than all the other media hype about his personal life.
When golf fans look back on Tiger Wood's career, he will still be remembered as one of golf's greatest in history.
