Tiger Woods, the popular American professional golfer has more career major wins and career pga tour wins than any other active golfer. He is the youngest player to achieve the career Grand Slam, and the youngest and fastest to win 50 golf tournaments on tour. Additionally, Woods is only the second golfer, after Jack Nicklaus, to have achieved a career Grand Slam three times. Woods has won 16 World Golf Championships and it is believed that of all Tiger Woods' victories none is sweeter than the major championships he won.
As Woods officially submitted his entry form for the 2010 British Open Championship that will be contested at the Old Course St. Andrews, his fans eagerly await the grand event as he takes the course to try and win his fourth British Open title. This British Open Championship might also bring woods the fame of becoming the only player to win three Open Championships at St. Andrews over the course of the 150-year event.
